    Tricon Tool & Supply Inc. has been an Industrial and Contractors supply company since 1982. We began by servicing Petrochemical, Commercial, and Highway construction job sites throughout the United States. While we continue to do this today, we have added several capabilities that enable us to support companies around the world. We have several international freight companies at our disposal to handle both air freight or standard shipments from the United States to anywhere in the world. Tricon will be happy to let you handle the exportation of your orders with one of your export crating companies, or we can handle your shipments door to door. Our sales staff has an average of over 20 years of experience, so they are very capable of locating just about anything you may need. Also, our large inventory combined with the wealth of inventories from several American manufacturers and International sources can allow for immediate delivery of a huge number of products.  We have handled critical orders for Halliburton, Parsons, Weatherford, BJ Services, and Bechtel (among many others) for years and know what is expected of us. For example, Brown & Root Services relied on our research capabilities, “as needed” deliveries, and our extensive product offering during the LOGCAP (Military Logistics Support) projects in Iraq, Haiti, Bosnia, Somalia and Kosovo. This was possible, in part, because of product availability and logistical capabilities that are readily available in our area. Also appreciated was that we would go “the extra mile” to locate their requirements and then do everything possible to insure a timely delivery.

    When your Purchasing Department contacts our sales staff, you can be confident that they will receive prompt, correct, and complete answers in response to all of your inquiries. Tricon also considers it vital that we are able to service the products we sell. To facilitate this, we have an in house Warrantee Service Department with factory trained and certified technicians. We provide free estimates (in most cases) and restore tools to their original factory specifications. While we are a factory authorized warrantee service center for Dewalt, Milwaukee, Lincoln Electric, Ingersoll-Rand, and Master. Tricon Tool also repairs many other brands of tools and equipment as well. Another advantage our repair department offers is that we are able to provide your own repair facilities with answers to technical questions, parts breakdowns, and very competitive replacement parts prices.

    After Tricon added the repair department, the next logical step was to add a rental division. Our aim, when we began renting tools, was to provide our customers with new or like new top quality tools and equipment at competitive rates. We rent tools and equipment from manufacturers like Ingersoll-Rand, Ridge, Dewalt, and Master Generators. When a customer returns a piece of rental equipment, we thoroughly inspect and repair it before we rent it again. Rental items follow the same procedures as all other tools in our repair department. Because of our repair capability, rental division, purchasing power, and experience with the construction industry, we can offer unique insights when deciding between rental and purchase. It is common for rental companies to prefer to rent and industrial distributors to prefer to sell, while Tricon Tool & Supply prefers to provide you with an objective point of view and to offer you clear options.
